• PhD Candidate, Public Policy Department, Hebrew University, Jerusalem: Selected as a fully funded Ministry of Science's Ph.D Candidate at the Public Policy Department of the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. During his research, Mr. Sivan Sevilla will analyze the behavior of hackers through a unique Cyber Security infrastructure and write his dissertation on regulations in the Cyber World. The research is part of a joint project with the CyberSecurity Center at the University of Maryland (http://www.cyber.umd.edu/) and a university in China.

Dean's Honors (top 10% of the class).  Technion - "Israel's highest graded academic institution" (Israel  official ranking, 2006). Military Scholarship for Academic Studies Recruited by "Atidim" to join the academic reserves of the IDF for 7 years of service (Atidim is "a program securing the promise of Israel's future" by United Jewish Communities). Chosen 3 out of 50 to join Air Force after graduation.
