I am currently a PhD Candidate at the School of Public Policy and Government, The Hebrew University, Jerusalem.  My dissertation, under the supervision of Prof. David Levi-Faur, is a comparative analysis of risk-regulatory regimes in cyber-security and cyber-privacy. I am interested in understanding how these regimes interact, conflict, and complement each other. 

In addition, as a Middle East resident, I am highly interested in innovative ways to solve inner and external conflicts in Israel. 

Through this site, I will share thoughts, opinions, essays, and information on cyberspace regimes, regulation, public policies, and life in the Middle East So dig in, have fun, and make yourself at home.
